Barbara Kapounková focuses her legal practice on cases with an international element. She provides legal services mainly in the area of litigation, insolvency, and family law.

Barbara started to gain her practical experience during her studies at the Charles University Law School in Prague. She was working as a student in a law firm in Prague and as an intern in the criminal section of the District Court of Prague 6.

After graduation from Law School, she became a member of the litigation team in a leading Prague law firm. Among other things, she represented an insolvency administrator with a special license in court proceedings across the country. She participated in resolving insolvency of Czech companies through reorganization and bankruptcy.

Additionally, Barbara speaks English and Spanish.
