Děkuji pořadatelům za skvělou příležitost!   Konference se konala 12. 11. 2021 za účasti First Advisory Group, České advokátní komory, The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Holubová advokáti and Allgemeines Treuunternehmen (ATU).   Jedním ze závěrů konference je nedostatečná informovanost české společnosti o výhodách svěřenských fondů. In order to provide clients with the latest information on international trust law, Barbara Kapounková attended the seminar on international trust law: Seven Years of the Trust Law in the Czech Republic – Trusts in Practice and International Comparison. Thanks to the organizers for the great opportunity!   The seminar was held on 12th November 2021 by the First Advisory Group, the Czech Bar Association, The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Holubová advokáti and Allgemeines Treuunternehmen (ATU).   One of the conclusions of the seminar was that people in the Czech Republic are not fully aware of the benefits of trusts.
