The fee for providing legal services is charged in the amount of CZK 2400 per hour (including taxes).
We offer the possibility of monthly flat fees in some cases of long-term cooperation.
We would like to inform clients who are consumers (individuals who do not act within their business activities or liberal profession) that on February 5, 2016, the Czech Bar Association was authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Czech Republic to settle Legal Services Agreement disputes between attorneys and consumers amicably (on the basis of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act, as amended).
