Barbara Kapounková focuses in her legal practice on cases with international element. She provides legal services mainly in the area of litigation, insolvency and family law.

Barbara started to gain her first practical experience during her studies at the Charles University Law School in Prague. She was working as student in a law firm in Prague and as intern in the criminal section of the District Court for Prague 6.

After graduation from Law School she became a member of the litigation team in a leading Prague law firm, where, among other things, she represented an insolvency administrator with a special licence in court proceedings across the country. She participated in resolving insolvency of Czech companies through reorganization and bankruptcy.

Additionally, Barbara speaks English and Spanish.
